Founded in 1998, St James's Corporate Services core business is the provision of company secretarial and corporate administration services primarily but not exclusively to companies in the natural resources sector.

Initially, through its founders having worked closely with South African mining companies over a number of years, its clients were predominantly South African mining companies that had London or European stock exchange listings or that required a London or European strategic profile. Subsequently, St James's Corporate Services has grown to extend its horizons not only globally but also in to diverse sectors, other than natural resources.

Currently, as well as acting as United Kingdom Secretaries to several overseas companies, SJCS acts as Company Secretary to Main Market and AIM listed UK incorporated companies, several UK incorporated private companies and a number of UK subsidiaries of overseas companies. We have also provided company secretarial assistance to UK FTSE 100 and UK FTSE 250 companies.

SJCS' outlook and approach is to provide a pragmatic and pro active service to its clients and has built a reputation as one of the most professional providers of company secretarial and corporate administration services.
